Eagle Tavern
The tavern keeper’s gracious welcome and the costumed servers usher you right into this mid-1800s tavern, still serving seasonal meals with produce and meat from local farms. Eagle Tavern is a festive gathering spot for a fine meal.

Carousel Confections
Imagine yourself in a time when the soda fountain was king. Children, adults, men, and women of all ages would line up around the counter for a root beer float, cotton candy, cream puff sundae, or just a glass of pop.
Carousel Confections transports you back to that nostalgic era. Stop by for cream puff sundaes, popcorn, and beverages. Next door to the Herschell-Spillman carousel.
Cotswold Cottage Tea
Enjoy tea in the Garden that Clara Ford loved. Surrounded by an iridescent rainbow of colorful flowers – tantalizing blues, romantic reds, bright yellows – Cotswold Cottage is a peaceful escape from the busy.
We invite you to join us for tea and baked goods in the beautiful outdoor garden inspired by Clara Ford and her love for the Cotswold Cottage and tea.

A Taste of History
Seasonal locally sourced foods, inspired by historic recipes from three of our most popular homes, are as fresh and delightful now as they were years ago. Dine as you would at Daggett or Firestone farmhouses, enjoy the potatoes of botanist Luther Burbank and explore the tastes from the archives of the Benson Ford Research Center.
Mrs. Fisher's Southern Cooking
Savor the 1800s cooking of Abby Fisher, a former enslaved worker with a culinary gift. Enjoy some of the most delectable recipes from her landmark cookbook. Nothing says Southern hospitality like cracker-crust fried chicken and sweet potato pie.
Owl Night Lunch Wagon
The forerunner to the food truck, frequented by Henry Ford as a young engineer and later brought to Greenfield Village, serves up hand-held goods, like hot dogs, house-made cookies and beer and wine.
